Antwon Thomas

President

Antwon, also known as Twon or Coach Twon, is the President of the organization and has been an integral part of the Raiders for eight years. His journey began as a parent volunteer, then progressed to coach, Football AD, and now President. Twon is a devoted father of three: twin boys on the football team and a daughter who is an amazing cheerleader. He is passionate about connecting the organization with the community and empowering athletes to grow from children into confident young adults. Nurturing their development and creating a positive environment is what drives him every day.

Tara Pfaff

Treasurer

Tara is the Treasurer for the Kernersville Raiders, but she definitely wears many hats! She is a proud mother of an awesome cheerleader who has cheered for the Raiders for three seasons. She has been part of the Raiders family for two years, starting as a Team Mom and later becoming the Board Secretary, while also helping coach the D12 cheerleaders as an Assistant Coach. Tara loves staying organized and has a creative side, especially when it comes to crafting and making anything with bling or glitter. Although she grew up playing softball from age 4 to 17, she has learned a lot about football, cheer, and dance during her time with the Raiders. She truly enjoys being part of the Raiders community and supporting the athletes.

As the Football Athletic Director, I help lead and support our football program at all levels. I work closely with coaches and players to promote development, discipline, and sportsmanship. I’m passionate about creating a positive environment where our athletes can grow and succeed.

Jamayla Wilson

Cheer Athletic Director

Jamayla Wilson is a proud mother of two children and she has a true passion for working with youth and serving the community. Over the years she has dedicated her time and heart to several roles within the AYF. She has spent 2 years as a Cheer Coach , 3 years as an Assistant Cheer Director , and 4 years as a Football Team Mom. Through these experiences , she has gained a well - rounded perspective of the program and has been a strong support to both athletes and families.

Kimberly Thomas

Kim is the Promotions Director for the Raiders and a proud mother of twin football players and one amazing cheerleader. She has been part of the Raiders family for eight years and truly wears many hats within the organization. Over the years, she has served in numerous roles, beginning as a Team Mom and volunteering in many capacities to support the program and its athletes. Kim is passionate about promoting the Raiders and creating a positive experience for players and families. When she isn’t cheering on the teams, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Asia Jefferson

Hello everyone, I am Asia Jefferson, the Raiders' equipment manager. I have been on the board for 2 years now. I am a mom of 5 with 2 athletes within the organization; I love working with kids and seeing the bright smiles on their faces. Being able to make a change in children's lives is my goal and knowing they are in appropriate equipment on the field puts a smile on my face.

Sherrie Jefferson

Homecoming Director

I'm Sherrie and I have the privilege of serving as Homecoming Director, where I plan one of the most exciting events of the season. I enjoy creating and decorating. I have been a certified event decorator and coordinator for over 20 years. I plan on making every event beautiful and memorable for our youth.

Concessions

As the Concessions Manager, I oversee our game day concessions and work with a great team of volunteers to keep things running smoothly. From planning menus to managing supplies, I help create a positive experience for everyone who visits. I’m glad to contribute in a way that also supports our program financially.
