About us

The Kernersville Raiders Organization is a non profit organization located in Kernersville, NC. As an Organization we believe that youth sports is a great opportunity to enhance the lives of our youth by teaching them how to be competitive while at the same time nurturing life skills. The life skills our organization works to instill in our youth are being responsible and accountable, focusing on teamwork, setting and meeting goals, being a leader but knowing how to follow, reaching their full potential, and developing character and integrity.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Kernersville Raiders Organization is to enable our youth to benefit from participation in team sports in a safe and structured environment. Through this active participation our football and cheer programs help teach fundamental values, skills, and knowledge that our youth can utilize throughout their lives.

Our Season

A typical season runs from late July through late October. Preseason practice is from 6:00pm through 8:30pm on Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri. Once school starts practice drops to three nights a week 6:00pm through 8:00pm on Mon/Tues/Thurs. Some teams may play/compete through early December. This will depend on playoff/competition advancements and Bowl Games. Sideline cheer will compete only in one competition (local event); Competiton cheer will compete in three competitions ( locals/regionals/nationals). Dance team will compete in two competitions ( locals and regionals).
